(Please include the size of the organization [total full- and part-time employees and regular contract/consulting staff], annual budget, size and makeup of the team you manage, number of direct and indirect reports, your reporting relationship, etc.)

3. Tell us about your personal or professional experience working with, in, or on behalf of LGBTQ+ or allied communities, organizations, movements, or advocacy efforts — including volunteer or Board service.

4. What is your current (or previous) direct responsibility for fundraising and donor development? Are you now (or were you previously) responsible for an annual fundraising/revenue budget? If so, please share some details (size, revenue mix, successes/challenges, etc.)

5. Does your career include work in the arts & culture, film & television, media & entertainment, or live event sectors? What knowledge, networks, or connectivity to these sectors would you bring to NewFest?
