2. Describe your experience working with or on behalf of LGBTQ+ communities, organizations, or movements (including any volunteer or Board service).

3. Tell us about your current (or most recent) role leading a fundraising team and program. What is the size and structure of your team (direct and indirect reports), and to whom do/did you report?

4. What is the largest annual fundraising goal you've been responsible for? Please describe the revenue mix (individual, major gifts, corporate, foundation, events, etc.) and your role in achieving it (personally soliciting gifts, managing a team, or both).

5. Describe your experience partnering with executive leadership, Boards, and/or Development Committees to shape fundraising strategy, cultivate donors, and achieve revenue goals.

6. Point raises funds through individual and major gifts, annual giving, foundations, corporate partnerships, planned giving, and special events. In which categories do you have the strongest personal track record, and where do you see the greatest opportunity for growth?
